Alexander Bublik v Arthur Rinderknech Head to Head
It is 1-0 to Rinderknech at the moment with his last win coming in the 2021 Stockholm Open. The Frenchman took a 6-1 lead in the first set before Bublik retired from the match.

Rinderknech, Making Waves on the Tour
Arthur Rinderknech fought valiantly in his opening-round bout against Jiri Vesely in the ATP Doha opener. Needing a little under two and a half hours, the 26-year-old won the match 3-6, 7-6(4), 6-4 – saving 10 out of 11 breakpoints in the process.
That shaky performance may be a result of his ongoing recovery from an injury he picked up during the Australian Open. Rinderknech was forced to withdraw from the Slam in round two and last week, he had to also miss the ATP Rotterdam as a result.
Keeping the injuries aside, Rinderknech is establishing himself as a formidable opponent on the circuit. He was a runner-up in the Adelaide 2 earlier this year, beating the likes of Karen Khachanov and Soonwoo Kwon en route to the final.
Last season, the World #61 won the Istanbul Challenger and over the course of the season, he made it to the quarterfinal in seven ATP events. It is definitely a remarkable accomplishment, considering Rinderknech hadn’t won an ATP match up until 2021.

Bublik Downs Kovalik
By contrast, Alexander Bublik had a relatively comfortable match in the first round of the Qatar Open as he moved past Jozef Kovalik with 6-2, 6-4. The Kazakh was never in any trouble as he won 83% of the points behind the first service and bagged five games in a row.
The World No. 31 has reached this stage in his last two appearances in Doha but never managed to move into the quarterfinal. Perhaps, the third time is the charm and he will be keen on avoiding a similar fate again.
For what it’s worth, the odds are on his side. Bublik won his maiden ATP title a few weeks back in Montpellier, defeating big guns like Roberto Bautista Agut and Alexander Zverev.
However, in Rotterdam, Melbourne, and Adelaide, he was beaten in the early rounds.
Bublik v Rinderknech Prediction and Tip
Both players are coming off a fine run but Rinderknech’s recent injury woes may make this match a bit more difficult for him. Bublik’s superior pedigree and form should help get through to the quarterfinal.
Tip: Bublik to win: 8/13 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
