At the Rod Laver Arena, top seeded Novak Djokovic will take to court with his opener against Mitchell Krueger, an American qualifier, before Naomi Osaka, seeded fourth faces Magda Linette.

Simona Halep, the women’s top seed will also take to court at the Margaret Court Arena when she faces Kaia Kanepi while Dominic Thiem will be up against Frenchman Benoit Paire. Milos Raonic, Elina Svitolina Stan Wawrinka and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga are some of the others who will be in action in the evening session.
