Owing to the prime location of the tournament and huge prize money, many prominent tennis athletes have played here over the years. On the WTA Tour, Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Championships was earlier categorized as a Premier 5 event before being converted to a WTA 1000 tournament for the 2023 edition.
With 900 ranking points up for grabs, this event is going to be attended by some of the best players on the WTA circuit.
The women’s competition will start on February 20, with the final set to take place on February 26. It will be conducted at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Dubai.

The prices mentioned below are from some of the previous editions and in UAE Dirhams (AED).
There are three categories of seats available – Grandstand, Prime B, and Prime A. The Grandstand seats are cheapest albeit, they are quite far from the centre court. Needless to mention, Prime A seats will offer you best view in the house as they are placed in the first few rows from the court.

In the previous years, for the matches played over the first three days of the tournament, the Grandstand tickets can be bought at AED 55 while Prime A seats are priced at AED 160.
For those interested in buying Prime B seat tickets for the 2019 WTA Dubai Tennis Championships, they can do so by paying AED 105.
These prices remain the same for the third round matches as well. For the quarterfinals, Grandstand seats are priced at AED 160 while Prime A seats will set you back by AED 265. The prices increase further for the semifinals and the final.
For the semis, the cheapest seats will cost you AED 265 while the best seats in the house are priced at AED 420. Similarly, for the final singles match, the Prime A seats have been kept at AED 580 while the Grandstand seats are at AED 370. As for the Prime B seats, they can be bought for AED 525.
Die-hard tennis fans also have the option of purchasing a season pass, starting at 1,015 AED.
WTA Dubai 2023 Schedule
While the day to day schedule for the 2023 Dubai Open will be released in the lead-up to the tournament, the overall itinerary has the tournament kick-starting from Monday, February 20 with its round one matches.
The tournament will go on till Sunday, February 26 when the women’s singles final will be on show.
