Looking for the latest information regarding the Prague Open tickets? All of it will be updated here as we get closer to the start of the tournament.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, the ticketing guide is yet to be released by the WTA Prague tournament officials. We can expect them to be out by sometime in early January.
Nonetheless, based on last year’s guide, it is a safe bet to assume that in 2018 WTA Prague, the ticketing process will not vary considerably.

Interestingly, last season, the admission to the entire tournament was for free of charge. With the exceptions of the final match, for which the tickets were sold, every other match in the tournament could be watched for free! Yes, you’ve read that right.
This is truly an exceptional move by the tournament authorities and one can only hope that for 2018 Prague Open too, this will remain the same. We will bring you the latest information on this front as soon as it’s released.
In the meantime, let us take a look at the Karolina Pliskova’s season, the Czech No. 1 and a top five player. At the age of 25, she achieved the career-high singles ranking of World No. 1, following her terrific season in 2017. She began the year in Brisbane, where she won the Premier-level tournament.
She followed this with a quarter-final run in the Australian Open, which propelled her into the top three. From that point on, it was only a matter of time before she would reach the top. She won the WTA Doha and followed this with a couple of semifinals runs in Indian Wells and Miami Masters.
Given that Simona Halep and Garbine Muguruza were incredibly close in the points tally, Pliskova needed to outperform her fellow adversaries to become the best. She once again reached the semifinal of a major event, this time the French Open. She then moved on to win the WTA Eastbourne, after which her path to the top became easy. Following the stunning shocks in Wimbledon, Pliskova, who lost in the second round there, became the World No. 1 the next week.
Another record she set this season was by hitting the most number of aces. In 69 matches she played, she hit 452 aces and maintained first service points win rate of 72.9 percent. It is quite likely that we will see her in action in Prague once again.
More information on Prague Open tickets will be released here soon enough.
