John Millman v Tatsumo Ito Predictions & Preview

John Millman and Tatsumo Ito meet in the qualifiers at the ATP 500 in Tokyo. This will be the third meeting between the players, who are tied at 1-1.

Millman was a top 30 ranked player in the world, after making the quarter-finals of the US Open, defeating Roger Federer in 2018. However, he has had a poor year and dropped to 79th in the rankings and therefore playing qualifiers.

Tatsumo Ito was ranked in the top 60 in the world in 2012, but is now just within the top 150. He has done well on the ATP Challenger circuit but not done the best on the ATP main draw.

Expect the home crowd to push Ito, but Millman being more experienced should prevail in straight sets.

Tip: Millman to win in straight sets: 10/11 with Unibet

Pablo Andujar v Soon-woo Kwon Predictions & Preview

Veteran Pablo Andujar and young Soonwoo Kwon meet for the first time in the qualifiers at the ATP 500 in Tokyo.

Andujar surprised all with a second week appearance at the US Open, but has had an otherwise indifferent season. His Asian swing did not get off to the best of starts last week at the ATP 250, and he will hope for a better performance here this week.

Young Korean Kwon has entered the top 100 of the ATP rankings and hopes to go from strength to strength, given he is only 21. He scored a big win last week against Frenchman Lucas Pouille and will hope to have big wins in the future, similarly.

A good match on the cards, with Kwon’s young legs to edge out veteran Andujar in three sets.

Tip: Kown to win: 4/5 with Unibet
