Facundo Baagnis v Fabio Fognini Head to Head
.The pair have never played each other before. This will be the first match between the 31 year-old Argentine, and the Italian, who is three years older.

Bagnis began his year by beating Andy Murray in the first round of the Melbourne Summer Set, but he has not won a match since then.
He was beaten in the second round of that tournament by Grigor Dimitrov, and then suffered opening round defeats in Sydney, and at the Australian Open.
Bagnis would have been hoping for better luck back on home soil on his favourite surface of clay, but instead was beaten by a Peruvian qualifier in the first round in Cordoba, and by compatriot Francisco Cerundulo, the world number 107, in Buenos Aires.
The Argentine will be hoping that a change of scene may bring about an upturn in his fortunes.

Fognini Also Struggling
The Italian is also still searching for his best form in 2022, altho0ugh, in his case, the slump goes back even longer, as it was at the Olympic Games in Tokyo that he last reached the third round of an event.
Since then it has been a series of opening and second round defeats, a trend that has continued into this year, beaten in the second round in Sydney, and the first round of the Australian Open.
He skipped Cordoba but made his clay court season debut in Buenos Aires, where he beat the Spaniard Pedro Martinez before suffering yet another second round defeat, this time to another Argentine, Federico Delbonis.
He needs to find the form on clay that has made him a past winner of the Monte Carlo Masters.
Facundo Bagnis v Fabio Fognini Prediction and Tip
Given their recent poor form, neither man will come into this match with a great deal of confidence. Fognini though, has the greater pedigree of the two, and that should count for something.
