Montpellier Winner Bublik
Having appeared in four previous ATP finals, including two at the start of last year, in Antalya and Singapore, Bublik’s long wait for a senior title ended two weeks ago in Montpellier, where he beat the world number three Alexander Zverev to finally lift a winner’s trophy.
That run also saw him beat Roberto Bautista-Agut, and that should give him confidence for the rest of the season, but he was brought back down to earth in Rotterdam last week where he was beaten by Andy Murray in straight sets,
It was a high quality match, but the former world number one just had too many shots for him in the first set tie break, and secured the only break necessary in the second set.

Slovak Qualifier Kovalik
Kovalik spends his time alternating between the Challenger circuit, and trying to qualify, with mixed success, for events on the main tour.
He has not actually won an ATP match since reaching the second round in Stockholm, last November, as a qualifier.
In that respect, his time spent in Australia was fruitless, as he failed to qualify for either the Melbourne Summer Set or the Australian Open.
He did take advantage of a weakened field in Pune to earn an automatic spot in the main draw, but was beaten in the first round.
Again, he was beaten in qualifying for Rotterdam last week, before, finally, getting his chance in Doha, where he first beat another Kazakh player, Andrey Golubev, and then Illya Marchenko of Ukraine, both in straight sets, to earn his shot against Bublik.
Bublik v Kovalik Prediction and Tip
With more than 150 places between them in the world rankings, it is difficult to see any outcome than a straightforward win for Bublik, against a man who has qualified for s senior event at the fourth time of asking this year.
Tip: Bublik to win in straight sets: 1/2 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
