Karen Khachanov v Oscar Otte
It’s quite obvious that Khachanov is the better and more complete player.
However, he is also quite prone to dropping matches to players he should have won. I could easily see a way Otte beat him in this matchup especially if his serve is working better than so far.
I would argue that the German will get more free points on his serve than Khachanov if he hits the first serve more consistently. That’s a huge question though as I think Khachanov will win that stat. Basically, it’s on Otte’s racquet.
He will be the aggressor most of the time and he plays well enough he might win. I’ll back him to do just that.
Tip: Otte to win: 6/4 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
Pablo Carreno Busta v Nick Kyrgios
While Carreno-Busta is a higher-ranked player, it is Kyrgios who holds the edge on grass. More specifically because of the form he has shown in recent times and then again with the on-court control on display.
For us too, Kyrgios starts off a favourite despite all his past misdemeanours but the question here is if he can drill past Carreno-Busta in straight sets.
We certainly think so thanks to how Carreno Busta has gone on grass all his career – four wins and 10 defeats in his career on this surface for the Spaniard. This has all the makings of Kyrgios running away with it.
Tip: Kyrgios to win in straight sets: 19/20 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
Belinda Bencic v Veronika Kudermetova
This is a very intriguing rivalry which has already seen eight matches overall and seven in main draws of tournaments at the highest level. It’s 4-4 on head to head with Kudermetova having won one of those four in the qualifying rounds of the 2019 St. Petersburg Open.
They had met last week too, facing off at this very stage of the Rosmalen Open and Kudermetova had run past Bencic in straight sets which gives her bit of a confidence-driven edge.
This time around, however, one can expect a better fight from Bencic which makes believe it could go into the third set with the player holding her nerve – and serve – more consistently edging through.
Tip: Three sets in the match: 5/4 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
