Michail Pervolarakis v Zizou Bergs Head to Head

Michail Pervolarakis has been playing in these team events for years but he always seems out of place. The Greek player simply has not had the level needed to compete with players that are in the top tier in terms of tennis talent.
His match against Dimitar Kuzmanov demonstrated just that.
It was a match between two players who are not on the same level and Kuzmanov had no issues beating him 6-1 6-1. There is nothing Pervolarakis could do, especially if he served a slower ball. Kuzmanov was far superior from the baseline and something like that awaits against Bergs as well.
They played once earlier this year and it was an easy win for Bergs. Pervolarakis is simply a challenger player whose tennis talent is not good enough to compete with challenger players let alone ATP players.
Don’t expect much from him in this one.

Bergs’s Error-Fest against Kuzmanov
Similar to his opponent, Bergs also played against Kuzmanov and he too suffered a very heavy defeat. His was even worse in a way because one of the sets was a bagel albeit both Bergs and Pervolarakis won two games in the match.
He’s not that bad of a tennis player but he did produce a terrible effort in that one.
Bergs is a player who likes to play attacking tennis and generally never goes away from it. That was the case against Kuzmanov as well but he could not hit anything to save his life.
The Bulgarian also took apart his game in the match contributing to the heavy defeat.
He won’t put forward another performance like that, especially not against Pervolarakis whom he defeated easily earlier this year. This is a great bounce-back spot for him and we believe he will take advantage and win this match comfortably.
Pervolarakis v Bergs Prediction and Tip
They played once before and Bergs won that match 6-3 6-1. I do expect something similar here because the Belgian is the far better player. He’s almost in the top 100 while Pervolarakis is not even ranked in the top 500. Neither played well in the first match but Bergs is more likely to bounce back.
