The event will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Russia, typically in the month of October. It is a 250 Series event that will feature many popular stars like Andrey Rublev, Daniil Medvedev, Marco Cecchinato, and Damir Dzumhur.
The upcoming ATP Kremlin Cup is supposed to be the 31st edition of the tournament. As of now the tournament is the part of the ATP 250 series in the ATP tour. The tournament is an indoor hard court tournament. It is an annual tournament since it was introduced back in 1990.

The 2019 edition of the tournament was held at the Ice Palace Krylatskoye. The tournament in 2019 started on October 14th and continued till October 20th. However, the top seeded Daniil Medvedev withdrew from the tournament after having had a gruelling time of late, making it to six successive finals on the ATP circuit.
What happened in the 2020 ATP Kremlin Cup?
There was no competition held in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The sixth seeded Andrey Rublev won the 2019 edition of the Kremlin Cup as he defeated the seventh seeded Adrian Mannarino 6-4, 6-0 in the final to lift the trophy.
Rublev had earlier crushed Marin Cilic and Mannarino had defeated Andreas Seppi in their respective semifinals.
The defending champion in 2018, Damir Džumhur was knocked off in the first round of the tournament. That blew the competition wide open and the title was up for grabs.
Two of the top four seeds made it through to the semi finals. The two Russian stars, Daniil Medvedev and Karen Khachanov vied against each other for a place in the finals. Khachanov defeated his comrade in an epic battle and stepped into the finals.
The second semi final was between two unseeded players, the Italian Andreas Seppi and the Frenchman Adrian Mannarino. Mannarino shurgged of the Italian resistance and defeated Seppi in straight sets to set a finals match against the homeboy Karen Khachanov.
Karen Khachanov had absolutely no problem in claiming the Kremlin Cup as he hammered the Frenchaman 6-2, 6-2 and defeated him in straight sets.
