Marcos Giron v Arthur Rinderknech Head to Head
The pair have played each other twice before, once on the Challenger circuit in 2019, and once on the main tour in Metz two years ago.
Giron won both matches.

Giron Knocks Out Fifth Seed
It is a year since Giron reached the final in San Diego before losing to Brandon Nakashima, and that remains the closest he has come to winning a senior ATP title.
In truth, he has not threatened to break his duck this season, which has largely been one of underachievement for the American.
Even playing on hard courts in his native country, where he normally does well, failed to yield the normal crop of good results, with first round defeats in Washington, Winston Salem and, most importantly the US Open, all bitter pills to swallow.
He may, though, be feeling better about life after knocking the number five seed, Alexander Bublik, out of this tournament in their first round match.
The first set began with an early break apiece, but with nothing left to separate them, it went to a tie-break which Giron claimed with his second set point.
The American then took a firm grip on the match with two successive breaks in the second set.
Bublik did pull one of them back, but Giron snuffed out any chance of a comeback, and the Kazakh did not win a single point after that.

Rinderknech Troubled by Lucky Loser
Like Giron, Rinderknech has one ATP final defeat to his name, beaten by Thanasi Kokkinakis in Adelaide last year.
However, since then, he has tasted victory on the Challenger tour, his most recent success coming in Zug in Switzerland on clay in July.
From there he went to Kitzbuhel, where he reached the quarter-finals.
His initial foray on American hard courts did not go well – he lost to a Lucky Loser in the first round of Winston Salem.
However, he defied expectations by reaching the third round of the US Open for the first time, before going down in four sets to Andrey Rublev.
The Frenchman faced Australian Lucky Loser Li Tu in the first round, and made hard work of beating a man ranked 223 in the world.
The first set saw no breaks of serve, in contrast to the subsequent tie-break, which was scrappy with both men struggling before Rinderknech finally claimed it.
A break at the start of the second set put Tu in a position where he served to level the match. However, nerves got the better of him, he allowed Rinderknech to break back, and that meant another tie-break.
Tu had his chances again, including a set point, but Rinderknech finally got the job done.
Giron v Rinderknech Prediction and Tip
Giron has been struggling for form this year, but beating Bublik will have given him confidence, and he is playing a man he has beaten twice before.
Rinderknech was hardly convincing against the Lucky Loser, and will need to up his game if he wants to trouble the American.
Tips:
- Moderate Risk Tip: Giron to win: 5/6 (with bet365)
