Alexander Bublik v Sebastian Ofner Head to Head
The pair have never played each other before.
This will be the first match between the 26 year old Kazakh, and the Austrian, who is a year older.

For Bublik to win his home tournament would be a major boost to him and Kazakh tennis, and he is more than capable of it, as he showed in Halle where he won his second ATP title, his first coming in France last year.
That win in Halle also saw him beat a number of top ranked players including Alexander Zverev and Jannik Sinner.
His next tournament after that was Wimbledon, where he reached the fourth round of a Grand Slam for the first time in his career, eventually losing to Andrey Rublev.
Since then, though, results have taken a distinct turn for the worse, and he has not won a main draw match in any event since, the gloom only alleviated by two wins playing for his country in the Davis Cup.
Last week he lost in straight sets in Chengdu.
He was given a first round bye in this event because of his seeding.

Ofner Fights Back to Beat Hungarian
Ofner, the current Austrian number one, had been struggling for results since leaving his preferred surface of clay, and he may have feared the worst when he was drawn against Marton Fucsovics of Hungary, an experienced hard court practitioner in the first round.
When Ofner dropped his first two services games of the match, those fears looked like they were about to be realised, and there was nothing he could do to prevent Fucsovics taking the first set.
But, almost out of nowhere, Ofner found inspiration, He tightened up, broke Fucsovics once, and then again, and soon had the second set in the bag to level the match.
The tide had very much turned in the Austrian’s favour by this time, and an early break in the third set put him in control of the match. Still, for good measure, he broke Fucsovics again, and served out for the victory.
Bublik v Ofner Prediction and Tip
Bublik has the benefit of playing in conditions and on a court that he knows well, and will have the crowd behind him.
However, given his recent struggles for form, he will need to be wary of an opponent who showed his own talents in the comeback victory over Fucsovics.
