In a final lasting three sets, Argentine Sebastián Báez overcame fellow countryman Federico Coria 6–1, 3–6, 6–3 to pocket the title.

Baez, who had started out as the fourth seed in the competition, had a first round bye and then faced no seeded player till he took on the sixth seeded Coria in the final.

Top seeded Diego Schwartzman fell in straight sets to Juan Manuel Cerundolo in the second round following a first round bye while Coria defeated the second seeded Francisco Cerundolo in the quarterfinals.
