Cameron Norrie v Feliciano Lopez Head to Head
The pair have played each other once before, at the Los Cabos Open in Mexico last year, Norrie winning that encounter in straight sets.
Norrie Still Searching for Breakthrough Win
24-year-old Norrie, who now represents Great Britain, the land of birth of both his parents, but was born in South Africa, and once played for New Zealand, is still hunting for his first senior career title. The closest he has come was at the start of the year, when he was beaten by Tennys Sandgren of the United States in the final in Auckland. Subsequent to that, he was a semi-finalist in Acapulco and Atlanta.
He has not been in the best of form recently. He lost in the first round of the US Open to Gregoire Barrere of France, in round two in Zhuhai, and again in Beijing, where he went down to Andy Murray. Last week he participated in the Shanghai Masters, and went out yet again at the second round stage, though he did have the excuse that it was at the hands of the eventual winner of the tournament, Daniil Medvedev.

First Tournament Since New York for Lopez
At 38 years, Lopez is now in the twilight of a professional career that began twenty two years ago, and which has brought him 7 senior career singles titles, and five on the doubles court.
Ranked once as high as 12 in the world, he has now slipped down to 61, but can still, on occasion, perform at the very highest level, as he showed in June when he won both the singles and the doubles at the Queen’s Club, partnering Andy Murray.
He has not played competitively for nearly two months, since losing in the third round of the US Open to Daniil Medvedev, choosing to miss the Autumn run of tournaments in Asia.
Norrie v Lopez Predictions & Tips
Norrie is the favourite to win this match at 9/13, whilst Lopez is priced at 23/17. Lopez is actually three places higher than Norrie in the world rankings, but the Briton has 14 years on the Spaniard, and won their one previous encounter. Norrie should just have too much for the veteran Spaniard.
Tip: Norrie to win in straight sets: 6/4 (888Sport)
