Jason Jung v Maxime Cressy Head to Head
This will be the first meeting between the 31-year-old Jung, and Cressy who is eight years younger.

Jung, Scratching for Form
Jung was born and raised in the US, but chooses to play for Chinese Taipei. He spends the vast majority of his time on the Challenger tour, where he has won four tournaments, the most recent of which was in Gwanju, South Korea, in 2019.
He has not won a match in the main draw of an ATP event since lockdown. He was beaten in the first round of the US Open and, although he qualified for the French Open, suffered another first round loss.
Since then, he failed in his bid to qualify for the Paris Masters, and chose not to enter the qualifying competition for the Australian Open.
Instead last week he was competing in the Challenger event in Biella, Italy, where he suffered yet another first round defeat, this time to Kwon Soon-woo of South Korea, slipping to a straight sets loss.

Cressy Beginning to Make His Mark on the Senior Tour
Although previously known for his performances on the junior tours, where he has won three singles and eleven doubles’ titles, French-American Cressy is beginning to make his mark on the senior tour as well. In January, he came through qualifying in the Middle East to make the Australian Open for the first time.
And he got his Grand Sam career off to a fine start with a convincing three set win over Taro Daniel o Japan, an man ranked 54 places above him in the world, in the first round, dropping his own serve just once.
However, his next opponent, Alexander Zverev of Germany, the world number seven, was a step-up in class altogether, and proved to have far too many weapons at his disposal for Cressy. He was not humiliated, but he never once threatened the German’s serve, whilst dropping his own four times.
The experience though should stand him in good stead.
Jung v Cressy Prediction and Tip
Although Jung is the higher ranked player, Cressy is the one who is currently in the much better form, and must be regarded as the favourite.
Tip: Cressy to win the match: 11/18 (bet365)
