Roberto Bautista Agut v John Millman Head to Head
Bautista Agut has a 5-0 record against Millman at the tour-level.
The Spaniard won in Chennai and Beijing in 2016, Roland Garros in 2017 and at the Australian Open and Monte-Carlo Masters in 2019.
They met once at the Chalenger level, which was won by Millman.

Bautista Agut Will Look To Equal or Better His 2019 Performance
World No. 10 Roberto Bautista Agut had a terrific run in the last edition of Wimbledon in 2019. Having never won more than three matches in his previous five appearances at the Championships, the Spaniard won five in a row to reach his only major semifinal. However, he couldn’t make it to the final after being stopped by eventual champion Novak Djokovic in four.
Bautista Agut, who made it to the last 16 at Wimbledon in 2015 and 2017, began his 2019 campaign with a win over Germany’s Peter Gojowczyk in the opening round and then went on to beat Belgium’s Steve Darcis, Russia’s Karren Khachanov and France’s Benoit Paire in the next three rounds to reach a second Grand Slam quarterfinal.
He didn’t drop a set in the first four rounds, but needed four sets to beat Guido Pella in the quarterfinals.
A nine-time champion from 18 ATP finals, Bautista Agut was a quarterfinalist at the Australian Open in 2019.
On grass, he has a 32-15 career record and won his only title on the surface seven years ago by beating Benjamin Becker in the final at ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Bautista Agut displayed pretty good form in the first quarter this year, reaching the finals in Montpellier and Doha, but falling to David Goffin and Nikoloz Basilashvilli respectively.
The Spaniard,33, then made a run to a first-ever semifinal at the Miami Masters before falling to Jannik Sinner. He didn’t have a great clay season going 7-5 from five tournaments and has carried the clay form to grass, bowing out of the first round at Halle and winning one and losing one in Mallorca.

Millman Has Struggled Throughout the Year
Facing Bautista Agut will be Australia’s John Millman, who has an ordinary 10-14 record this season.
The Australian, who stunned Roger Federer on his way to the quarterfinal of the U.S. Open in 2018, has struggled to win two matches in a row this year. The only time he achieved that was in Munich, when his opponent Guido Pella was forced to retire from the Round of 16 clash. Millman was beaten in the quarterfinals by Casper Ruud.
Ranked 43rd in the world, the 32-year-old is 2-2 on grass this season and has an overall record of 12-15 on the surface. This will be his fifth main draw appearance at Wimbledon, with his best being third round appearances in 2016 and 2019.
Milllman has reached three ATP finals in his career, finishing runner-up in Hungary and Japan in 2018 and 2019 and winning his only title by beating Adrian Mannarino in Astana last year.
Bautista Agut v Millman Prediction and Tip
He doesn’t have an encouraging grass record this year, yet Bautista Agut will be buoyed by the fact that he begins his Wimbledon campaign against a player whom he has beaten five times from five previous meetings. Expect the Spaniard to continue his dominance and move into the next round for a meeting with either Facundo Bagnis or Miomir Kecmanovic.
Tip: Bautista Agut to win in straight sets: 11/10 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
