Laslo Djere v Thiago Seyboth Wild Head to Head
Their only previous meeting came in Hamburg last week when Djere tamed Seyboth Wild to come through in straight sets and make it to the quarterfinal.

Djere Coming off Hamburg Semifinal
In what was his second semifinal appearance of the season, Djere fell to fellow Serb Filip Krajinovic but will be relieved with his overall effort in that tournament in Hamburg.
While the semifinal show was the one positive to come out of Hamburg Open for Djere, it also stalled his run of not winning more than two rounds in a competition since his previous semifinal appearance in early April.
That had also come on clay, in Cagliari, where Djere had reached the final but failed to add to his two ATP titles.
Reaching the semifinal helped Djere gain five ranks on the charts too and he will start this competition off ranked 52nd in the world. Can the clay court specialist, who has a 14-10 win-loss record on that surface this year get past his Brazilian opponent in a hurry?

Seyboth Wild Finally Wins One
It had been a surprising run for Seyboth Wild since he won his first ATP title in Santiago in February 2020. The Brazilian went on to fail to win a single main draw match on the ATP tour since that tournament win.
Add some of his Challenger losses late last year – he lost in the first round of four of them – and those opening defeats on the ATP circuit to his ability to even qualify for a few events and there were a few eyebrows been raised.
Thankfully for Seyboth Wild, he looks to have stalled that for now.
At Hamburg, he needed to win a couple of qualifiers to make it to the main draw before he took care of Spaniard Nicola Kuhn in his opener – recording his first victory in over 16 months.
And while he finished up the tournament with a defeat to Djere, he would have some sort of confidence coming into this one. At least more than what he did before going to Hamburg. Can he prevent a two in two for Djere?
Djere v Seyboth Wild Prediction and Tip
Seyboth Wild has shown some sort of a return to form but expect Djere to prove to be too good for the Brazilian again. Straight-set win can be expected.
Tip: Djere to win in straight sets: 10/11 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
