Novak Djokovic v Hubert Hurkacz Head to Head
This will be the third meeting between both players. Both their meetings were in 2019, at the French Open and Wimbledon respectively, with Djokovic winning on both occasions.

Smooth Fritz Win For Djokovic
World number one from Serbia, Novak Djokovic returned to the tour for the first time this week since his loss in the US Open final to Daniil Medvedev in early September.
The five-time Paris Masters title holder said he needed the time off to rejuvenate after a successful season that saw him win the Aussie Open, French Open and Wimbledon but fall short of a Golden Grand Slam with a semi-final loss at the Tokyo Olympics to Alexander Zverev and a US Open final loss to Medvedev.
The week started off with a bye followed by a difficult encounter against Hungarian Marton Fucsovics which went to a decider with the top seed prevailing. After a walkover against local hero Gael Monfils, the Serb played the in-form newly crowned number one American Taylor Fritz for a spot in the semis.
Djokovic still did not look at his best but got better as the match improved and despite dropping serve on three occassions will be pleased with his straight set 6-4, 6-3 win and is now two victories away from another Masters and another Bercy title.

Hurkacz Books Final Turin Spot
It has been a good season for Pole Hubert Hurkacz winning titles in Delray Beach at the beginning of the season and Metz this Fall, and more importantly winning the Miami Open Masters 1000 back in the Spring.
Hurkacz was also a semi-finalist at Wimbledon and defeated Roger Federer at Center Court in the quarter-finals en route including a 6-0 third set, an unheard of scoreline against Federer at Wimbledon.
With the season coming to an end, the young player from Poland remained in contention for one of the last two remaining spots for the ATP Tour Finals in Turin.
Hurkacz had a good run at the Indian Wells Masters 1000 resulting in a disappointing quarter-final loss from a position of strength to Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov. Although he was ousted in the opener in Vienna by veteran Andy Murray, it has been a good week here for the Pole.
Despite being pushed by all three of his opponents thus far in Paris, Tommy Paul, Dominik Koepfer and James Duckworth, Hurkacz did well to prevail and not only secure a semi-final berth here in Paris, but also a spot at the ATP Tour Finals in Turin.
Djokovic v Hurkacz Prediction and Tip
The Pole has had an excellent season and a semi-final appearance is another depiction of that. Expect him to bring his best, but think a dialed in Djokovic is what we will see in the semi-finals. The world number one to prevail in two hard fought sets.
Tip: Djokovic to win in straight sets: 1/2 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
