Adrian Mannarino v Liam Broady Head to Head
It’s 1-1 on the tour between the two, with Broady winning in St. Petersburg in 2017 and Mannarino winning in Queen’s last year.
They also met at the lower level once in 2014 and Mannarino won that contest.

Mannarino Coming off Back-to-Back QFs
World No. 53 Adrian Mannarino comes to Delray Beach with a 7-5 record in 2022. The Frenchman started slowly, making first round exits from Melbourne and Sydney but has looked solid over the last three tournaments.
First, Mannarino made it to the fourth round of the Australian Open and then reached back-to-back quarterfinals in Montpellier and the Dallas Open. However, in each of the last two tournaments he suffered heavy defeats in the last eight stage.
While Alexander Zverev defeated Mannarino 6-1, 6-0 in Montpellier, Reilly Opelka handed him a 6-3, 6-4 rout in Dallas.
The 33-year-old left-hander, who has one title from 10 finals, is 9-8 at Delray Beach, where he was a semifinalist in 2015 and quarterfinalist in 2016 and 2019. Last year he had a first round bye, but fell to Cameron Norrie in the Round of 16.
He has lost his last three matches at the Delray Beach Open and will be hoping to end the losing streak on Tuesday.

Broady Eases Into the Main Draw
World No. 116 Liam Broady reached the main draw at Delray Beach after he won both his qualifying rounds with ease.
The British left-hander defeated Germany’s Cedrik-Marcel Stebe 6-, 7-6 (7-4) in the first qualifying round and Jason Jung 6-4, 6-4 in the second qualifying round to move into the main draw.
Broady had also qualified for the main draw in Dallas and then reached the Round of 16 by defeating Peter Gojowczyk in straight sets.
The 28-year-old was 5-6 in 2021 and brings a 1-2 2022 record to Delray Beach, having also lost his first round match at the Australian Open, where he was a qualifier.
This will be Broady’s first main draw appearance at Delray Beach. He had previously been beaten in the first qualifying round in 2015 and 2018.
Mannarino v Broady Prediction and Tip
Mannarino has done well in the earlier rounds of the last three tournaments and he should continue doing that at the Delray Beach Open. Expect him to advance with a straight sets win.
