Danka Kovinic v Linda Fruhvirtova Head to Head
The pair have never played each other before.
This will be the first match between the 27-year-old Montenegrin, and the Czech teenager, eleven years her junior.

Kovinic continues to struggle for consistency, but results in 2022 suggest she is enjoying one of her periodic upswings in form.
Having struggled in the first part of the Australian season, she then did well at the Grand Slam there, knocking out the US Open champion Emma Radecanu, before suffering a heavy loss at the hands of Simona Halep in the third round.
A first round defeat in Lyon followed, but then she bounced back in Indian Wells, beating first Jil Belen Teichmann of Switzerland, and then the world number eight, Karolina Pliskova. Her run was ended by the world number 30 Liudmila Samsonova.
She has only twice featured herself in the main draw in Miami, her best result in Florida coming in 2016 when she reached the second round.

Fruhvirtova’s Second Successive Wildcard in Miami
This is the second successive year that Fruhvirtova has been given a wildcard into the main draw in Miami, and she will be hoping to fare better this time than a first round defeat.
Her best performance on the senior tour came the following month when she reached the quarter-finals in Charleston, but, in the meantime, she has enjoyed success on the ITF circuit, appearing in three finals in 2021, and winning two of them.
And she has already been a winner in 2022, claiming a tournament title in Mexico last month.
This will be her first match on the senior tour this year, but she will be hoping to begin the transition from the junior to the senior ranks over the coming months.
Kovinic v Fruhvirtova Prediction and Tip
Fruhvirtova is still very much an unproven quantity at this level and, provided she can bring her Indian Wells form with her to Florida, Kovinic should have too much experience for her.
