Sara Sorribes Tormo v Christina McHale

Now Sorribes Tormo enters Wimbledon this year as a seeded player for the first time but will that be enough to earn her a win over McHale?

McHale, a veteran of over 14 years of competitive tennis, has fallen to outside the 250 in the rankings but look at her performances in the qualifiers and it didn’t look like that.

The American hadn’t played a single WTA tournament on grass in the leadup, lost the first set in the first qualifier and won six in a row to make it to the main draw.

On the other hand, Sorribes Tormo has had her time on grass but it’s not been an easy journey – there was that one tournament she played in Eastbourne last week and was bounced out in the second round by the unfancied Yulia Putintseva.

Expect a fighting contest.

Tip: Over 20.5 games in the match: 21/20 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Serena Williams v Harmony Tan

On paper, Serena Williams should win this one and probably also in straight sets but it’s always tough to look at it in isolation from the kind of layoff that Serena has had from tennis.

The American did play a couple of doubles matches last week – and won them – but that is a different kettle of fish from dishing it out in singles, and at Wimbledon. So while Harmony Tan hasn’t do much of note on grass except to get to the Gaiba Open semifinal, she could have bit of a chance here early in the encounter.

We will still back Williams to win it but at the same time, the games handicap market could be one to look at.

Tip: Games Handicap Tan +4.5: 9/10 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Felix Auger-Aliassime v Maxime Cressy

While Auger-Aliassime is the higher-ranked player and currently at the career-high of his ATP rankings, his successes on grass this season have been moderate.

Auger-Aliassime reached the Rosmalen Open semifinal before going down to Tim van Rijthoven while ending up a quarterfinalist at Halle. On the other hand, Cressy has dished out a performance to remember and could have clinched his first ever ATP title.

This came at the Eastbourne International, where he reached the final before going down in the third set tie-breaker. With that kind of form, it’s tough to not see him give FAA a bit of a fright.

Expecting Auger-Aliassime to still pull through but for Cressy to win a set at the very least.

Tip: Auger-Aliassime to win in four sets or five sets: 11/4 or 11/2 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
