This will be the first meeting between Bautista Agut and Lehecka.

Bautista-Agut in a Rare Clay Win
As we had written in our preview to Bautista-Agut’s previous match, the Spaniard would have been looking for not just a rare win on clay this season but also one that came easy to him.
He would have been hoping for a straight-set victory and that’s exactly what Bautista-Agut got over Jurij Rodionov.
Bautista-Agut won 6-1, 6-4 in an hour and 20 minutes to move into the quarterfinals, after having earlier gotten himself a first round bye.
In the first set, Rodionov managed to hold on to his serve the first time he had that opportunity but from there on, the Spaniard broke him twice in a row to take a one to nothing lead.
Bautista-Agut broke again in the fifth game of the second, saved a break-point in the 10th game there before finishing off the encounter off the first match-point he got.

Lehecka Lives up to Favourite Billing
Taking on Joao Sousa in his second round match, Lehecka had started off a favourite to seal his quarterfinal berth and he did it after a tough battle that went to a third set.
In the end, Lehecka carved out a 7-6 (6), 1-6, 6-3 win over Sousa in a match lasting two hours and 26 minutes. This followed Lehecka’s second round appearance last week in Gstaad where he had gone down to Casper Ruud.
Interestingly, Lehecka had earlier made it to the semifinal at Rotterdam on indoor hard courts in February earlier this year but since then hasn’t quite won successive matches on the ATP tour.
With that out of the window, Lehecka will now look to emulate that Rotterdam showing but up against him is a player ranked more than 40 places ahead of him. The one silver lining, however, is Lehecka is a clay-courter to the hilt while Bautista-Agut has been struggling for results on that surface.
Bautista Agut v Lehecka Prediction and Tip
This might have Bautista-Agut as a heavy favourite but we still reckon Lehecka has a chance here. An upset win in the offing? Quite possible.
