Grigor Dimitrov v Adrian Mannarino Head to Head

Dimitrov was on court for just over an hour at Wimbledon before an injury forced him to pull out of the competition in the middle of his first round match against Steve Johnson.
It’s been more than a month since that day and Dimitrov has been out of action, returning to play his first match in Washington. He had a first round bye.
Earlier this season, Dimitrov struggled through most part of the hard court season, with a quarterfinal appearance at the Indian Wells Masters being his only performance of note on this surface.
Now coming into the Washington Open where Dimitrov’s top performance has been a quarterfinal appearance, way back in 2013, he will want to do a lot better than his 7-6 record in hard court tournaments this year.

Mannarino Sends Klahn Packing
Following on from his quarterfinal appearance at the Atlanta Open, Mannarino continued his good form with an easy first round win over Bradley Klahn.
Mannarino was on court for an hour and 18 minutes to carve out a 6-2, 6-4 victory against his American opponent and seal his eighth win in hard court competitions this season. He also has eight defeats under his belt.
What made Mannarino’s win special was he faced no break-points in the entire match and lost just nine points on his own serve.
In turn he broke Klahn three times in the contest and completed a no-fuss victory.
