Jasmine Paolini v Jule Niemeier
A fascinating matchup awaits us early in the event in Parma with native player Paolini takes on Niemeier. Both of these players hit the ball really hard and both play excellent on clay. Paolini plays even better on native soil and she is a proper fighter who never gives up on a rally.
Niemeier on the other hand is a very strong player who smacks the ball unlike any other on the Tour. The German player was even able to outhit Swiatek at the US Open and went deep at Wimbledon as well. Her clay game is fabulous because she has enough time to set up and properly hit the ball.
It’s going to be a fascinating matchup as they never played against each other but they will both give their all. Niemeier showed more this year in general with some amazing deep runs at several events and I do expect her to win this match.
She’s just so hard to play against and I don’t Paolini has what it takes.
Tip: Niemeier to win: 11/10 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
van de Zandschulp v Sousa
A very interesting affair awaits us in Tel Aviv as two great indoor players take each other. Botic van de Zandschulp is a player that grew up in these sort of conditions and his serve should give him a clear edge in this one. Sousa is a good server as well as has all the tools to counter his opponent well.
They never played against each so that lends itself to a very competitive match and I do think we will get one. I don’t think Sousa can win this match but he can make things complicated if he brings his best-serving performance. He’s very much a streaky player so as unlikely as it seems, it’s not that unlikely.
What we recommended here is to take a gamble on a competitive set, one that should end in a tiebreak. It’s not strange for either of them to play tiebreak and they’ve played plenty so we think it’s a very valuable bet with a good odd.
Tip: Over 0.5 Tie-Breakers in the Match: 13/8 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
Dimitar Kuzmanov v Ugo Humbert
Ugo Humbert has had a shocking season so far with very poor performances that forced him to play qualifiers later in the year. This is a player who has several titles to his name as well as nearly ranking inside the top 20. The French player is now back indoors, conditions that he prefers and he’s playing really well.
A title run at a challenger event in France with some strong performances there. Now he turned his attention to Sofia and cruised through the qualifiers, getting to play a very solid native player. Kuzmanov won’t be favoured here as he generally plays better on clay.
The conditions favour Humberg clearly, he has a better serve but don’t think that Kuzmanov won’t try to win this one. He certainly will but I just don’t see a way he can seriously hurt his opponent. Humbert is playing the best tennis he played all year long so take him to win this one.
Tip: Humbert to win: 5/7 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
