Felix Auger-Aliassime v Alexander Bublik

Felix Auger-Aliassime played an incredible match against Miomir Kecmanov in the previous round losing only one game. He played so well that he said after the match how it was the best he’s ever played and that speaks volumes. It truly was spectacular as he lost only 7 points in the entire second set.

Bublik did well to advance to the quarter-final as well as the Kazakhstani player is demonstrating once more that he’s a really strong indoor player. Bublik has been winning consistently on the surface the entire year and he’s going to be tough to deal with it.

Obviously, his consistency is something Auger-Aliassime can exploit as is his lack of patience. Auger-Alaissime has been superb on his serve and it’s vital that he continues to serve that well. If he doesn’t he’ll give Bublik chances and he’ll take them.

Take Auger to keep it in two.

Tip: Auger-Aliassime to win in straight sets: 1/1 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Dan Evans v Denis Shapovalov

This is another interesting matchup between two players who played plenty of matches in the past. They faced each other a total of four times and Evans is leading 3-1 beating him once this year. It was early in the ATP Cup but the problems for Shapovalov mostly stem from his propensity to make mistakes.

The Canadian has been error-free for the most part this week and that’s why he’s been able to beat players like Taylor Fritz. He’s the far superior player when it comes to talent in this matchup so technically he should have no problems winning this match if he plays the way he can.

If he starts to get annoyed with Evans he’ll be in trouble because the Brit will patiently watch by as he self-destructs on the court. The matchup clearly indicates some issues for Shapovalov in this matchup and while I think he’ll win we might see a lot of games here. Take the over.

Tip: Over 21.5 games in the match: 5/6 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Grigor Dimitrov v Marcos Giron

Both of these players won as underdogs in the previous round btu the win over Dimitrov was far more impressive. He faced Rublev and he easily defeated him by playing some of the best tennis he played all year long. Very deadly with his forehand, precise on serve and confident.

That’s as good as Dimitrov can play and that level is surely neough to beat Giron. The question will be whether he can play that well again. History tells us that he won’t but even so Giron has his own issues. He was able to take down Norrie in straight sets and that’s a good win for him.

He’ll feel confident and if he can stay away from errors he can trouble Dimitrov as well. Their most recent clash was this year at Roland Garros and Dimitrov crushed him. I don’t think he’ll crush him but I do think he’ll beat him once more.

Tip: Dimitrov to win in straight sets: 6/5 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
