Ons Jabeur v Aryna Sabalenka Head to Head
Sabalenka leads by 2-1; they last met in the 2021 Wimbledon quarterfinal, where the Belarusian won in straight sets.

Sabalenka, on Shaky Grounds
Aryna Sabalenka, currently ranked World No. 7, has had an underwhelming spell on the WTA Tour of late. Despite that, she hopes to turn it around in Texas.
It is easier said than done, considering the competitive Nancy Richey Group. She is placed alongside Maria Sakkari, Jessica Pegula, and Ons Jabeur.
Most recently, the 24-year-old competed in the WTA Guadalajara, where she lost to Liudmila Samsonova in round one. Before that, she reached the quarterfinal in San Diego before losing to Donna Vekic in three sets.
However, Sabalenka reached consecutive semifinals in Cincinnati and US Open and (also in Rome a bit earlier) and the final in Stuttgart and Den Bosch. Overall, her record is 30-20 – which may not seem up to the mark when compared to the others in the field.
That said, undermining Aryna on any given day is a mistake, especially considering her massive power and brilliant service game.

Jabeur, Ready to Rock and Roll
Ons Jabeur has had a good few weeks to rest ahead of the WTA Finals showdown. Her last tournament was at home in Monastir, where she lost in the quarterfinal to Claire Liu.
That was in early October and the 28-year-old Tunisian has since spent her time, preparing for the event.
Looking at her season, she is 46-15 and currently ranked World No. 2. She reached consecutive finals at the Wimbledon and US Open, losing respectively to Elena Rybakina and Iga Swiatek, respectively.
Jabeur was the runner-up in Charleston and Rome as well, and the champion in Berlin and Madrid.
With plenty of tennis and big wins to her name, Ons is a formidable opponent and the player to beat in the group.
Sabalenka v Jabeur Prediction and Tip
Backing Jabeur seems like a smart move here. Even though anything can happen in big events like these, Ons’s equanimity and experience position her well to start strong.
Tip: Jabeur to win, Over 20.5 Games: 11/7 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
