Novak Djokovic v Maxime Cressy Head to Head
This is the first meeting between the two.

Djokovic is a Six-Time Winner at the Paris Masters
Six times Paris Masters champion, Novak Djokovic has a 41-8 record in the final ATP 1000 tournament of the year. He is unbeaten in the last 10 matches that he has played in Paris and will begin his title defence in the second round on Tuesday.
The world no. 7 is also playing some top quality tennis recently. He clinched the Tel Aviv title by beating Marin Cilic in the final and then defeated Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas en route to lifting the Astana Open title the very next week.
So the 35-year-old, who has missed out on tournaments due to his COVID vaccination status this year, comes to Paris on the back of nine consecutive victories.
A 38 times Masters 1000 champion from 55 finals, Djokovic will be chasing a 91st career title this week. He has won four titles this year, including his 21st Grand Slam at Wimbledon and his only Masters of the season in Rome.
He was also a finalist at the Serbia Open, but he finished runner-up — the 38th time that he finished second best in a tournament.
With numbers stacked in his favour, Djokovic will be determined to produce another gem in Paris and will look to extend his unbeaten streak on Tuesday.

Cressy Routs Schwartzman
Diego Scwartzmann has had a torrid time at the back end of the season and Maxime Cressy piled more misery on the Argentine, handing him a sixth straight defeat in the first round of the Paris Masters on Monday.
After both players held serve over the first six games, Cressy ran away with the first set by winning the last three games. He continued to dominate in the second set, building a 5-1 lead.
Schwartzmann got a break back, but he was left with too much to do in the end and Cressy didn’t mess it up. He broke the Argentine for a third time to register a 6-3, 6-3 victory on his Paris Masters debut.
In what’s turned out to be a breakthrough season for the 25-year-old, Cressy improved his season record to 26-26 on the tour. He has reached three finals this year, claiming his maiden title in Newport and finishing runner-up in Melbourne and Eastbourne.
The American did not come into the tournament in best of forms though. Ever since winning in Newport, he has won consecutive matches on just one occasion and that was in Winston-Salem, where he was a quarterfinalist.
Cressy has been a bit edgy recently and a 2-5 record from the past five indoor tournaments clearly indicate that. He has started off well on his Paris debut but will need to punch above his weight to knock out the six time champion.
Djokovic v Cressy Prediction and Tip
Djokovic is on a roll right now and Cressy will have his task cut out against the defending champion. The Serb should win in straight sets.
Tip: Djokovic to win in straight sets: 3/10 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
