Jack Draper v Leandro Riedi Head to Head
This will be the first career meeting between Jack Draper and Leandro Riedi.

Jack Draper received one of the most harrowing opening round matches at Grand Slam level, drawing 22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal at the 2023 Australian Open.
As first rounds go, it’s always an obstacle drawing a top-10 player at a Major, and more so when the man across the net is the defending champion.
Draper gave a good account of himself, taking a set off the Spanish legend before his energy vanished in the thin Melbourne air, fighting cramps towards the end in a four-set loss.
The Briton had played a fine tournament in the lead-up to the year’s first Slam, reaching the semifinal in Adelaide 2 where he lost to eventual champion Soonwoo Kwon.
Draper skipped the entire month of February, apparently due to a leg injury. Indian Wells will be his first tournament since that Nadal loss.

Riedi Set for a Taste of Masters 1000 tournament
Prior to this season, Leandro Riedi’s appearances at Tour level came at home tournaments in Geneva and Gstaad, losing in the first round in both.
But a fabulous season on the ATP Challenger Tour last year has unearthed the true potential of the Swiss whose forehand is his signature shot. Riedi won his maiden ATP match in Marseille last month, beating home favorite Arthur Rinderknech in straight sets.
He would push eventual champion Hubert Hurkacz to three sets in his subsequent round. That result has done wonders for Riedi’s confidence as he entered the Indian Wells main draw and completely obliterated the opposition.
Granted he dropped a set to Alex Michelsen in qualifying, but his ferocious firepower was sufficient to blow away the American in the third set. The Swiss also outhit Alexandre Muller in the second round of qualifying to earn a main draw spot in the biggest ATP tournament he’s played in.
Draper v Riedi Prediction and Tip
Both Draper and Riedi pack up a punch, with Brit slightly adept at controlling his power. But he is only getting back after injury and with the Swiss acclimatizing naturally of the slow bounce, Draper could ahve his hands full here.
