The fifth day of the 2023 French Open will kick-start later today on Thursday, June 1 as the likes Iga Swiatek, Casper Ruud and Alexander Zverev take to court for their second round matches. Action at the Phillipe-Chatrier will have last year’s runner-up Casper Ruud starting things off with his second round match against Giulio Zeppieri before the world number one Iga Swiatek takes to court.
She will face Claire Liu in what should be a straightforward victory for the defending champion.
Also taking to court at the Phillipe-Chartrier is Ons Jabeur who faces Oceane Dodin in a bid to shrug off her recent fitness concerns while the last match on this court today will see Alexander Zverev taking on Alex Molcan.
The Court Suzanne-Lenglen will have Wimbledon winner Elena Rybakina starting things off against Linda Noskova before Jannik Sinner takes to court. He will face Daniel Altmaier.
