Adrian Mannarino v Liam Broady Head to Head
There have been three previous meetings between these two at the highest level and Mannarino leads 2-1. This includes a win for Mannarino on the grass courts of Queen’s in 2021 as well.

Mannarino Coming off Medvedev Shock
While he did not make it beyond the quarterfinal at the Rosmalen Open last week, Mannarino does enter this tournament safe in the knowledge he still possesses the game to overcome some of the best.
Like he did at Rosmalen in the second round when he sent Daniil Medvedev packing from the tournament. Mannarino had made it to the second round earlier with an easy with over the highly-talented Arthur Fils as well.
Overall, Mannarino holds a solid record on grass which has seen him win 59 of the 102 matches he’s played on it. This gives him a win record of 58%, the best for him across any surface.
What needs to be seen is if he can now take that form forward into a tournament where he has twice made the quarterfinal in the past. He sure has a good chance to begin with as he takes on a wildcard entrant whose recent record on grass hasn’t been up to the scratch.

Broady Has Just One Win This Year
Broady’s career-best ranking is 116th and currently he is hovering just outside the top 140 mark.
What makes it doubly difficult for him coming into this encounter despite facing a player who is ranked 46th on the charts is his own form. All season, Broady has won a mere single match at the highest level and that victory had come in Doha in February.
Since then, Broady has been relegated to playing in the Challengers but has struggled quite a few times there too.
Take the example of the Nottingham Challenger last week where Broady made the second round and was faced with the prospect of taking on Sho Shimabukuro, an opponent ranked 172nd in the world. He lost that in straight sets.
Which is why things aren’t about to get any easier for Broady here.
Mannarino v Broady Prediction and Tip

Tips:
- Low Risk Tip: Mannarino to win: 2/5
- Moderate Risk Tip: Mannarino to win in straight sets: 1/1
