Carlos Alcaraz v Sebastian Korda Head to Head
These players played three times so far with Alcaraz leading 2-1. The most recent one was won by the Spaniard.

Alcaraz Finding Form On Grass
Carlos Alcaraz was never considered a very good grass player but that’s normal. He’s young, he’s barely played on the surface and he’ll get better with time. He’s already shown himself in a better light than last year though he still doesn’t play the ideal way for grass.
Alcaraz is yet to incorporate some very useful weapons into his game for grass but his sheer talent is still good enough to push him past some of the best players. He’ll need a bit more against Sebastian Korda who has beaten him in the past.
The serve is something that he’ll need to have on a high level as well as his variety. Movement doesn’t come that naturally to him on grass but it’s improving with every match. A chance to book his maiden final on grass will certainly be a motivation for him.
The matchup against Korda favours him but the American likely can hurt him on grass the most.

Korda in Red-Hot Form
Sebastian Korda is a great fit on grass according to many pundits and he’s showing it this year. He already had a really good showing at Wimbledon in the past but this year will certainly be a great chance for him if he can put together some good performances.
His serve is a major weapon on the surface as are his flat groundstrokes. A lot of what he does best works super-well on clay but only if he’s confident. Luckily for the American he’s been plenty confident this year having yet to drop a set.
He played Dan Evans, Frances Tiafoe and Cameron Norrie so none of his matches can be described as easy matchups. He’s just playing on a very high level right now and is a threat to go all the way in Queen’s especially if his serve remains potent.
There are some payback storylines in play for Korda so expect him to be very motivated in this one.
Alcaraz v Korda Prediction and Tip
I expect a very close match here because I do think either player can win. I’m having a hard time betting against Alcaraz even though I think Korda is a bit better right now. If you’re bold, back Korda but I’ll settle for the over.
Tips:
- Moderate Risk Tip: Over 21.5 games in the match: 5/6
