Kecmanovic Eases Past Swiss
Kecmanovic had received a first round bye in Gstaad thanks to his seeding, and, when he did finally enter proceedings, it was against a local opponent, Dominic Stricker, ranked 102nd in the world.
After the initial games had all gone with service, Kecmanovic drew first blood with the initial break of the match, only to be immediately pegged back.
The Serb then created three more break points in the next Stricker service game, but could not convert any of them.
However, he did win the subsequent tie-break.
The pair shared the first two games of the second set, but that was as good as it got for Stricker because, after that, his game deserted him, Kecmanovic reeled off five successive games to ease into the quarter-finals.

First ATP Quarter-Final for Bergs
Bergs is into his first ever ATP quarter-final, but he has definitely done it the hard way, coming through two rounds of qualifying just the main draw.to make the main draw.
There he faced the number eight seed, Laslo Djere of Serbia, but it was the Belgian who had a dream start to the match, taking the first set without dropping a game.
When Djere hit back to claim the second set, it seemed likely the established order would be restored. Instead it was Bergs who upped his game to claim his place in the second round where he faced Jurij Roidonov of Austria, the world number 118.
The first set of their match was very different in character, a service battle which eventually led to a tie-break, in the course of which Roidonov had two set points, only to lose it to Bergs.
Serve again was on top in the first half of the second sets until a flurry of dropped serves left Roidonov a break up, and he was able to level the match.
There was no let up in intensity during the third set, with Roidonov the only man to create any break opportunities.
But, in the tie-break needed to decide the match, it was Bergs who not only created a match point but subsequently converted it.
