Thiago Seyboth Wild has not played much at the tour level this year, but the Brazilian was impressive on his French Open debut.
After qualifying for the main draw of the clay court major, Seyboth Wild went on to win his first two rounds before falling to Yoshihito Nishioka in a five set third round contest.
Ranked no. 117, the 23-year-old has however played a lot of tennis this year, mostly participating in lower level tournaments and has been extremely successful as well.
Seyboth Wild is 47-16 across levels and 45-15 on clay this year.
The 2018 US Open junior singles champion has featured in three Challenger finals, winning in Buenos Aires and Vina del Mar and finishing runner-up in Santiago Challenger.
An ATP Tour champion at the Santiago Open in 2020, can the Brazilian get his first win in Kitzbuhel on Tuesday. He lost in the first round on his debut in 2021.

Novak Qualifies for the Main Draw
Dennis Novak eased past his qualifying opponents to reach the main draw in Kitzbuhel for the eighth time in huis career. The world no. 166 has been knocked out in the first round four times and in the round of 16 three times in his previous seven appearances.
Novak, who is 0-2 at the tour level this year, has not won a main draw match at any level since May 16, when he had won his first round match in the Tunis Challenger.
The 29-year-old had won the Nonthaburi challenger on hard court at the start of the season. However, his recent form has been concerning. But he will take confidence from his qualifying round wins in Kitzbuhel.
Novak knocked out compatriot Joel Josef Schwärzler 6-4, 6-1 in the first qualifying round and Thiago Monteiro 6-4, 6-3 in the second qualifying round. Can he carry the qualifying form into the main draw?
