Sam Querrey v Andrey Rublev Predictions & Preview
This is the third meeting between Sam Querrey and Andrey Rublev. The pair met twice in 2019, with Querrey winning on the Wimbledon grass courts and Rublev winning at Winston Salem.
Both players are coming into this encounter with differing recent experiences.
Rublev who returned to the tour in the second half of 2019, and had a good run, has carried his form into 2020. He started his season with confidence on a positive note, winning the ATP 250 in Doha last week.
After a first round bye, he will look to carry his form forward, in time for the Australian Open.
American veteran Sam Querrey whose form has dipped in recent times from being ranked just outside the top 10 in 2017, had a difficult first round match, scraping through against little known Frenchman Gregoire Barrere.
Querrey will look to serve better in this match, as he will be aware of the form Rublev is in.
While this reads as an even matchup, on current form expect a straight sets win for Rublev without much discomfort.
Tip: Rublev to win in straight sets: 8/5 (Click here to get these odds with Unibet)

Pablo Carreno Busta v Jeremy Chardy Predictions & Preview
In a clash of veterans, Jeremy Chardy brings an impressive 4-1 head-to-head against Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta in the second round of the ATP Adelaide International.
They met twice in 2019, on the clay courts of Bastad and Estoril with Chardy prevailing in a decider on both occasions.
World number 30 Pablo Carreno Busta started his 2020 season at the ATP Cup where he played a crucial doubles role for Spain, despite falling short at the final hurdle in the title-round against Serbia led by Novak Djokovic.
After a strong 2017, breaking into the top 10, it was a year and half of poor form and injuries for the Spaniard, who returned to form with positive results during the latter part of 2019.
Although Frenchman Jeremy Chardy is ranked lower at number 56, he looked good in his opener against fellow Frenchman Giles Simon, continuing the form that assisted him take out in-form Daniil Medvedev in the Paris Masters at the end of last season.
An exciting clash awaits between the exciting Chardy and the workman-like Busta, with the match likely to be decided by a few points one way or the other. Chardy has looked good in his first round and may just edge Busta in three sets on the faster surface.
Tip: Chardy to win in three sets: 7/2 (Click here to get these odds with Unibet)
Jan Lennard Struff v Alex Bolt Predictions & Preview
Jan Lennard Struff and Alex Bolt have met once in their careers, in 2012 on the Challenger tour. Struff won that encounter on clay.
Both Struff and Boult won their openers against lucky losers. While Struff won a convincing straight sets match, Bolt won a three setter.
This should be a relatively comfortable win for Struff again, who has had a good 2019, performing consistently well through the year and putting his powerful serve and strong groundstrokes to full use.
2020 has got off to a fair start for the German, who looked in good touch at the ATP Cup and despite being the second seeded German, performed notably better than Alexander Zverev.
Aussie Wild card Bolt has not met with much success on the main ATP tour, and will be looking to home conditions and crowd support to assist him in providing a stiff challenge to the German.
Struff to win in two easy sets.
Tip: Struff to win in straight sets: 10/11 (Click here to get these odds with Unibet)
James Duckworth v Felix Auger-Aliassime Predictions & Preview
Young Canadian teenager plays Australian wild card James Duckworth in the second round at the Adelaide International. This is the first meeting between both players on the main ATP Tour.
Young sensation Felix Auger-Aliassime has been ranked as high as number 17 in the world very early in his career. 2019 was a successful year for the Canadian with three ATP finals and breaking into the top 20 in the rankings.
He also scalped some big names on the tour of the likes of Stefanos Tsitsipas, Grigor Dimitrov and Nick Kyrgios among others. He was an integral part of the Canadian team that qualified for the Davis Cup final against Spain.
Although 2020 did not get off to the best of starts for Auger-Aliassime on the Canadian team at the ATP Cup, he will be looking to set the record straight here in Adelaide, in time for the Australian Open.
Wild card Australian James Duckworth has not met with much success on the tour in recent years amidst injuries and poor form and will be hoping for a good start to the season in familiar conditions.
Expect a relatively routine straight sets win for Auger-Aliassime.
Tip: Auger -Aliassime to win in straight sets: 6/4 (Click here to get these odds with Unibet)
