Andy Murray v Cameron Norrie Head to Head
The pair have never played each other before. This will be the first match between the two British players.
Murray Celebrating Biggest Win Since Comeback
Last week in Zhuhai, Murray achieved his first ATP singles victory since injury threatened to end his tennis career for good. And, on Tuesday, he achieved another milestone on the recovery path with an impressive win over the number 8 seed, and US Open semi-finalist, Matteo Berrettini of Italy.
It is not just the fact that he won that will have pleased him, but also the manner of the victory, coming from a break down in both sets, before closing each of them out in a tie-break. He also saved five out of the seven break points he faced, and had a first serve percentage of 69%, winning three quarters of those points.
All the battling qualities that earned him three Grand Slams and two Olympic gold medals were on show for all to see.
Now his next challenge is to win more than one match in a single tournament.

Norrie, Battled Through Qualifying
24 year old Norrie, born in South Africa, but now representing Great Britain, the land of both his parents, is still searching for his first career title, having reached the final in Auckland at the start of the year, and made two subsequent semi-finals, in Acapuloco and Atlanta.
Now ranked 69 in the world, he was forced to pre-qualify for this tournament, which he did by beating local Chinese player Yecong He for the loss of just three games, and then the experienced Bosnian Damir Dzumhur.
That earned him a first round tie with Christian Garin, and he progressed when the Chilean was forced to retire, after Norrie had taken the first set.
Murray v Norrie Predictions & Tips
Murray is the odds-on favourite to win this match at 1/2, whilst Norrie is priced at 2/1. This is a chance for Norrie to measure himself against the finest British player for 70 years but, provided Murray’s fitness holds up, he should win comfortably.
Tip: Murray to win in straight sets: 10/11 (888Sport)
