Dominic Thiem: Austrian on a Seven-Match Winning Streak

After confirming his ATP World Tour Finals qualification with the title at China Open last week, Thiem has been in impressive form this week, winning both his matches in straight sets.

The 26 years old Austrian has worked a lot on his mental toughness this year. The ability to play the big matches better has been visible in his record this year. In 2017 & 2018, Thiem reached a total of 12 semi-finals and went on to win only four of them. This year he has already won four tournaments on seven occasions where he has reached the last four.
