David Goffin v Cameron Norrie Head to Head
Goffin and Norrie have never met each other on the ATP tour in the past and this would be their first ever encounter on the men’s circuit.

Norrie Aiming for a Deep Run in Barcelona
Goffin’s challenger for a place in the Barcelona quarterfinals in the World No. 58 Cameron Norrie, a left-hander, who is known for his unorthodox playing style.
The Brit, who didn’t play a single match on clay in 2021 before his arrival in Spain, launched his campaign in Catalonia with a 6-1, 6-2 mauling of Salvatore Caruso of France in the first round.
In the second round, Norrie was equally impressive as he was up against the 12th seeded Karen Khachanov of Russia, who put him under tremendous pressure throughout the contest.
Norrie did make an excellent start in the match as he won the opening set, but the Russian quickly found his range to claim the second set. In the final set, Norrie eventually gained the upper hand by breaking the Khachanov serve, just in time to earn a much deserved three set triumph.
Goffin v Norrie Prediction and Tip
Goffin is an overwhelming favourite, but there have been a few chinks in his armour of late, which should keep Norrie interested in this contest.
Moreover, the Belgian will have to deal with the unorthodox game of the Brit, and it won’t be an easy task, considering Norrie is a master at exposing, even small weaknesses of his adversaries.
