Molcan had won his first match against another Serbian wild card Hamad Medjedovic in the first round on Monday.

Fernando Verdasco v Alex Molcan Prediction and Tip

This should be an interesting clash between a promising youngster against a vastly experienced player looking to reach a first semifinal in a while.

While Molcan has played fantastic tennis against unheralded opponents, Verdasco has tamed the higher-ranked players (both in top 100) so far. So the Spaniard will be the favourite to advance, but it will be interesting to see if Molcan can take a set from the match and make things interesting.
