Thiago Monteiro v Yannick Hanfmann Head to Head
The pair have never met before. This will be the first match between the 27 year old Brazilian, and the German, who is two years older.

Monteiro had a successful junior career, winning many tournaments, but that form has yet to be fully replicated on the senior tour.
He has never won a main ATP tournament, nor even appeared in a final, although he has won Challenger and ITF tournaments, predominantly on clay.
The last of those wins was in Punta Del Este in Uruguay, before lockdown last year.
His best performance of the year came right at the start of the year, when he got to the semi-finals on hard courts, of the Australian Open warm-up event, the Great Ocean Road Open, losing eventually to the Italian Stefano Travaglia.
He went on to reach the third round of the Cordoba Open.
Results since then though have tailed off, and he suffered a series of first round defeats, before winning his first match at the French Open, beating the Argentine, Francisco Cerundolo,
He has, however, lost his three subsequent matches, including a first round defeat at Wimbledon, and again last week at the Challenger event in Salzburg.

Hanfmann Close to his Highest Ever World Ranking
Hanfmann is known for his powerful serve and groundstrokes, and also for the fact that he has been hearing-impaired since birth.
That though has not stopped him recently reaching his highest ever world ranking.
He has been in two senior ATP finals, both on clay, but has yet to lift a trophy. He was beaten by Fabio Fognini at the Swiss Open in 2017, and last year by Miomir Kecmanovic at the Austrian Open in Kitzbuhel.
He has though enjoyed success on the Challenger tours, winning eleven titles, nine of them on clay.
The German has played a lot of tennis in 2021, with his best result coming in Sardinia in April where he reached the third round before losing to the Italian Lorenzo Sonego.
Since then, there has been a succession of early tournament defeats, including the French Open and Wimbledon, where he was beaten in the first round on both occasions.
Last week, he entered a Challenger event on home soil in Braunschweig, but was beaten in the second round by the Swede Elias Ymer.
Monteiro v Hanfmann Prediction and Tip
This match could go either way between the two clay court specialists. However, because Hanfmann is in marginally better recent form so that might just tip the scales in his favour.
