Laslo Djere v Lorenzo Musetti Head to Head

Lorenzo Musetti has had a tough year so far with many disappointing results but lately, it’s been a positive trend. His matches have become more competitive generally and the switch to clay has inspired some great tennis. He defeated Albert Ramos in round one and Carlos Taberner in round 2 and those are some good wins.
He’s looking quite comfortable on the red dirt and playing with quite a bit of confidence. Taking on Djere will be a huge test for the Italian as he has a negative record against him but he won their most recent match and that should give him confidence.
A huge stretch is coming up for him and he will be looking go gather big points on clay.

So Djere will be a slight favourite here simply for being 3-1 up in the H2H. The Serbian won both clay matches but the underlining tone of all their matches is that they were very close. A lot of 3-setters and I expect another one so the over on games seem like a very good option.
When it comes to winning the match, I think Musetti can pull it out. He looked very good and won the last match against Djere so it seems like he is turning it around a bit. He knows what to do to win and it’s time to show it on clay.
