Our ATP Winston-Salem Open 2022 Predictions & Picks
Top seeded Grigor Dimitrov starts off as a bookmakers’ favourite to win the title at 9/1 with Botic van de Zandschulp close on his heels at 10/1.
Britain’s Jack Draper, who has shown some impressive form in recent times is a probable dark horse at 14/1, third on the list of favourites at the time of writing despite being the 13th seed in the competition.
What would also be interesting to see is if wildcard entrant Dominic Thiem can go somewhere deep into the tournament. The Austrian is a tempting 28/1 to win this.
Given Mikael Ymer’s form, having reached the semifinal in Washington earlier this month, his 25/1 could turn out to be an exciting option.
