What is the Czech Tipsport Charity?
In the absence of any competitive tennis and with some of the activities now open in some parts of Europe including Prague, the Czech Tennis Association has decided to organise a series of tennis competitions for players in the country. While these won’t have any official status, it would be a good way to test out the way things are moving and to test out what can be managed.
There are a couple of tournaments which will be a part of this Czech Exhibition competitions; they have been listed as follows:
- Charity Team Tournament called the Czech Tipsport Charity from June 13
- Singles Tournament from May 26

Czech Tipsport Charity Player List – Who is Playing?
The top women’s players in the country will be in action at the Czech Tipsport Charity. The two teams taking part will be led by Karolina Pliskova and Petra Kvitova, with the likes of Kristyna Pliskova, Karolina Muchova, Barbora Strycova, Barbora Krejčíková, Katerina Siniakova, Jekatěrina Alexandrovová and Linda Fruhvirtová all expected to take part.

Tipsport Charity Cup Schedule & Dates
This tournament will be played as a series of three-day team tournaments played across four sets of dates. The first of these four competitions as a part of the Tipsport Charity Cup will be held on June 13 in Štvanice in Prague I. ČLTK and will go on till June 15. The other dates for this tournament have also been updated below.
- June 13-15 at Prague
- June 23-25 at Prostějov.
- July 11-13
- July 25-27
What will be the Tipsport Charity Cup Format?
Both teams will have six players apiece and every tournament will have four players + a substitute nominated. Each of the three days of the competition will have three singles and one doubles matches and a pair of players cannot face each other more than once. At the end of the nine singles and three doubles matches, the team with most wins, clinches that part of the tournament.
