Day two of the 2020 Australian Open resumes on Tuesday, January 21 with rain expected to keep away from Melbourne after playing havoc on the opening day. Rafael Nadal and Karolina Pliskova will lead the first round action today and below is the order of play and live streaming options for today’s play.

The day begins with second seeded Karolina Pliskova taking to court as she takes on Kristina Mladenovic in a tricky first round encounter at the Rod Laver Arena. This will be followed by the 19th seeded Donna Vekic, who has a rather tough opener against wild-card winner Maria Sharapova in what should be a showcase encounter.
Top men’s seed Rafael Nadal will be the third match on court when he faces Hugo Dellien in an easy opener, before the night session will have Daniil Medvedev and Angelique Kerber head the event. Medvedev will be up against Frances Tiafoe while Kerber takes on Elisabetta Cocciaretto of Italy.
Belinda Bencic, the sixth seed, kick-starts play at the Margaret Court Arena with her opening round match against Anna Karolina Schmiedlova before the fifth seeded Dominic Thiem takes to court for his opener against Adrian Mannarino. 31st seeded Anastasija Sevastova will hope to avoid an early defeat when she takes on Australia’s Ajla Tomljanovic in her first round match.
Simona Halep faces Jennifer Brady while Alexander Zverev takes on Marco Cecchinato in their respective openers. Below is the order of play for the second day’s play at the 2020 Australian Open.
