What is the Adria Tour Tennis?
It is a tournament organised by Novak Djokovic’s team, the Adria Tour Tennis competition will see eight of the top players from the Balkan region face off in a round-robin-cum-knock-out competition. This will be played across four weekends in different regions of the Balkan; starting with Belgrade (in Serbia), Zadar (in Croatia), Montenegro and Banja Luka (in Bosnia and Herzegovina).
All matches will be played on clay.

As mentioned above, Novak Djokovic will lead the action and will have Dominic Thiem and Grigor Dimitrov joining him in this eight-man singles competition. Adria Tour Schedule & Dates
The Adria Tour tennis competition will begin from June 13 and will be played over the following four weekends. Each weekend will consist of a tournament of its own, with the round-robin matches followed by the Grand Final each Sunday. Here’s the Adria Tour Schedule:
- June 13-14 at Belgrade
- June 20-21 at Zadar
- June 27-28 at Montenegro (might be cancelled because of the pandemic)
- July 3-4 at Banja Luka
What will be this Adria Tour Format?
The eight players participating in this competition will be divided into two groups of four apiece, with each player featuring in three matches each weekend. At the end of the group stage, the top players from each group will be involved in a Grand Final every Sunday.
The matches in this Adria Tour will be played in the Fast4 format, which was also used in the Exhibition Point Series and has been used in the Next Gen Finals competition.
