Johanna Konta v Alison Riske Live Streaming & Preview

Konta achieved her best ever result on clay by reaching the final of the Morocco Open a week ago. She lost that match, despite taking the opening set against Maria Sakkari of Greece, but the suffered the disappointment of an early exit in Madrid, as she was convincingly beaten by Simona Halep in the second round.

However, that was not before disposing of Riske first in straight sets, and she is favourite with the bookmakers to do so again, with the odds showing her as clear favourite to win the match at 10/29. The American is priced at 11/4.

Tip: Konta to win in straight sets: 5/6 (888Sport)

Dan Evans v Casper Ruud Live Streaming & Preview

World number 81 Evans has qualified for the Rome Masters in some style. Having seen off the challenge of veteran Dutch player Robin Haase, he then achieved his best ever result on a clay court by beating Serbia’s Dusan Lajovic, who reached the final of the Monte Carlo Masters, and is ranked some 57 places higher in the world rankings.

That will give him confidence ahead of his meeting with Ruud, the 20 year old Norwegian who reached his first ever ATP final in April when he was beaten by Christian Garry of Chile to the US Men’s Clay Court Championship title.

Tip: Ruud to win: 2/5 (888Sport)

Cameron Norrie v John Millman Live Streaming & Preview

Norrie also made it through the qualifying competition but, in his case, he made very hard work of it.

First of all he was taken to three sets by Germany’s Peter Gojowczyk, and then he had to save two match points before finally beating Nicholas Jarry of Chile in a tense third set tie break.  It sets up the meeting with Australian Millman, ranked some three places below him in the world at 48, with neither man having any great reputation as clay court players.

Tip: Norrie to win: 6/5 (888Sport)
